太平洋保险主动求变,创新发展模式。“产品+服务”新模式助推寿险个人客户业务发展。“太保家园”高端养老社区加快布局,在成都、杭州、上海、南京等城市落地,“太保蓝本”为代表的健康服务体系不断完善。产险业务综合成本率持续优化,车险客户经营能力不断增强,农险、保证险、责任险等新兴领域高速发展,非车险保险业务收入占比大幅提升至30.7%。资产投资基于负债特性,不断优化资产配置,动态把握各类市场机会,业绩表现良好。公司初步形成“一个太保”团队提供一揽子服务的协同模式,集团签约战略客户数77家,建立战略合作伙伴关系的省、市、自治区政府覆盖率达到63.8%。长江养老在已启动的30个省市级职业年金计划受托人评选项目中100%中选。科技赋能提升响应能力,两地三中心科技支撑体系成型;“太保云”核心业务系统实现了亿级客户响应,太平洋保险APP全面升级,用户绑定突破3000万。

太平洋保险服务国家战略和社会民生,彰显责任担当。公司与工信部战略合作,服务高端制造业;为“一带一路”保驾护航,海外业务覆盖超120个国家,为第二届进博会提供总保额超过5000亿元的综合保险保障;积极对接“长三角一体化”“自贸区新片区”“乡村振兴”“健康中国”等国家战略。公司员工自发捐款近2000万元,建造“三江源生态公益林”,共护中华水塔。2020年新冠疫情期间,公司向全国各地医护人员、公安民警、辅警及驻村干部等抗疫一线人员提供了含新冠肺炎责任的保险保障;为工信部45家重点物资企业提供逾5亿元的复工复产风险保障,助力全国数千家企业复工复产。

太平洋保险深化特色精准扶贫机制。扶贫项目覆盖全国建档立卡贫困户约513.3万人,为贫困地区提供总保额2.32万亿元的风险保障。“防贫保”产品为全国16个省160个县的临贫、易贫人群提供总保额2.77万亿元的托底保障,2019年获得全国扶贫最高奖项—全国脱贫攻坚奖的组织创新奖,为保险业中唯一获奖企业。

Headquartered in Shanghai, it is a leading domestic insurer listed both in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

CPIC is committed to China’s national strategies, economic development and people’s well-being. It provided insurance cover to the Belt & Road Initiative with business in 112 countries, and integrated property and casualty insurance solutions with sum assured totaling RMB35 billion for the 1st CIIE. It participated in government-sponsored critical illnesses programs, benefiting over 95 million people, launched China’s first tax-deferred pension plan, and achieved substantial progress in the construction of “CPIC Home” retirement communities.

A drop of water put aside, an ocean of help in times of need. CPIC is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities, and has paid out a total of RMB500 billion in claims and benefits in the past 10 years. The company was deeply involved in the national poverty elimination effort, exploring long-term mechanisms for poverty alleviation with CPIC’s characteristics, with focus on China’s most impoverished regions. In 2018, it invested RMB21.3 million in an earmarked fund to fight poverty, and participated in a host of programs covering 4.29 million households below the official poverty line, and provided RMB1.36 trillion worth of risk protection to China’s poverty-stricken areas.
